THE PATTERN PLEDGE
Helping people to feel seen, understood and empowered is an important part of our core mission. The Pattern exists to be of service, and it is with that in mind we commit to The Pattern Pledge.
We are grateful to the users of The Pattern who have helped us grow, and we are committed to giving back, furthering the movement toward a more inclusive, empathetic, and understanding world.
Each month, we will highlight and make a contribution to inspiring organizations that are making a positive impact in their communities.
Every day, Doctors Without Borders teams deliver emergency medical aid to people in crisis, with humanitarian projects in more than 70 countries.Doctors Without Borders brings medical care to people affected by conflict, disasters, epidemics, and social exclusion. Over the past five decades, MSF has grown from a group of a few hundred volunteers to an international movement of more than 63,000 staff providing over 10 million medical consultations in more than 70 countries every year. But the core values of humanitarianism, independence, neutrality, and impartiality that brought those original members together in 1971 continue to drive our work.
